“From Waste to Sustainable Fuels” Joint Symposium in Barcelona

The path to decarbonising hard-to-abate sectors like aviation and shipping depends on one thing: turning waste into certified, sustainable fuels at scale.

On 28–29 May, join us in Barcelona for a two-day symposium, “From Waste to Sustainable Fuels: Comprehensive Sustainability Assessment & Product Standardisation in Next-Generation Biofuel Pathways”, with a special focus on waste-to-fuel solutions for hard-to-abate sectors.

Over these two days, we’ll bring together experts, researchers, industry stakeholders and policymakers to discuss sustainability assessment, product standardisation and the deployment of next-generation biofuel pathways.

This joint symposium is co-organised by the EU-funded projects BeBOP, Bio-MeGaFuel, Flexby, FUEL-UP, Fuels-C, PYSOLO and TEAPOTS.

Further details will be shared soon. Stay tuned!
