Project Fuels-C

An integrated platform of novel cost and energy-efficient conversion technologies producing liquid and gaseous bioFUELS from sustainable biogenic residues validated for direct use in fuel Cells

Objectives

Advanced biofuels represent an important piece in the EU’s quest for climate in the EU’s quest for climate neutrality.

Produce sustainable advanced Biofuels

Produce novel sustainable advanced biofuels from low-cost organic waste and biogenic CO2 through a set of optimised highly efficient conversion technologies and advanced modelling approaches, thus reducing EU’s fossil fuels dependency.

Maximize the utilization of Biofuels

Maximize the utilization of organic carbon for biofuels production for direct use in fuel cells in transport applications with maximum conversion efficiency using renewable energy.
